Bubble size monitoring and control system
The system constantly monitor the size of the bubble and automatically keeps the distance between the film and the stabilizing cage within the pre-set tolerances.
High speed IBC iris valve
The IBC valve regulates the airflow for inflating and deflating the bubble.
The valve has been designed to minimize response time to adjustment inputs.
Thanks to its high responsiveness, air modulation is quicker.
Guarantees a quick bubble inflation arrest.
The IBC valve can be mounted: directly on the air inlet hose, in case of large volume bubbles or in by-pass configuration for medium to small size ones.

Measurement system resolution: 0.1 mm
Control system accuracy: ±2 mm (for layflats below 1800 mm)
