DOT-VIEW
Extrusion lines remote control software
It is a software suite that enables constant process monitoring and data management of the production plant.
With DOT‑VIEW, it is possible to manage up to 20 extrusion lines simultaneously.
What is DOT-VIEW?
DOT-VIEW (DOTEXA VIEWER) is a line of softwares specifically designed to manage production data.
interacts directly with the line interface and records all the relevant information about the dosing and extrusion process.
All data is then made available to the end-user in a very intuitive and clear way.
Materials consumption always under control
By connecting the extrusion line interface to DOTVIEW all data regarding each component consumption will be recorded.
All data collected will be available in dashboards and reports, sorted by line, component ID, production order, work shift and time frame.
Performance monitoring
DOTVIEW records all data performance of the dosing and extrusion process through the HMI directly connected to the extrusion lines.
For each production order it is possible to analyze relevant data such as: minimum and maximum values, average, 2Sigma trend and alarms.
Production orders management
With DOTVIEW, the production planning personnel can pre-load production orders directly to the line interface.Once the orders are uploaded, the line operator just needs to select the scheduled one from the list.
Full automation with DOT-VIEW ERP
Take one step further in process automation with DOT-VIEW ERP.Thanks to ERP option it is possible to connect DOT-VIEW to a pre-existing ERP and manage data and process flow directly from it.Once connected, DOT-VIEW is able to upload relevant production information such as: work order duration, total produced quantity and material consumption for each component.
Not just passive monitoring, with this option it is possible to send directly from the ERP to DOT-VIEW, for each production order, the recipe composition and the material specifications.
