Top performance even at low dosing rates
Auger screws are inclined to prevent unwanted ‘spillage’ phenomena.
The screws are controlled by direct-drive (gearless), brushless motors with a wide rotation range (1 to 600 rpm).
Load sense cells weigh all the content inside the whole dosing unit, not just the material contained in the hoppers.
These features makes it possible to dose expensive additives accurately even at very low rates, optimizing costs while keeping the final product quality consistent.
Wide range of models
BLENDO ADROIT is available in 3 sizes with maximum throughputs of 200,400 and 800 Kg/h, and with configurable setups ranging from 2 to 6 ingredients.
It can be installed directly on the extruder throat or on a mezzanine, feeding the process machine’s loading hopper by gravity.

BLENDO ADROIT HT: high temperature resistant version for heated materials dosing
Ideal for hygroscopic materials that require to be heated (e.g. PET).
Equipped with high quality heat resistant components, ensuring reliability and durability over time.
Capable of withstanding temperatures up to 180°C.
Protective shield installed on each hopper, to avoid accidental contacts with its hot surface.
Tempered glass hatches allow the operator to safely monitor the material level within the hoppers at any time.
