Centralized vacuum material conveying system
Fully automated conveying system, available for all Doteco gravimetric feeders.
Automated management of loading priorities
Operates simultaneously up to 8 vacuum pumps and up to 64 receivers assigned to any combination of pumps.
A vacuum manifold connects receivers to the assigned vacuum unit that supplies all receivers, one at a time, in a demand sequence operated by a central control.
All receivers connected to the same pump are served in turn, according to an automatically assigned priority sequence.
All in one single interface
The control software is integrated with the gravimetric feeders software, allowing all functions to be managed easily from a single terminal.
Minimize changeover times and material waste with the C.A.C. option
C.A.C. (Changeover Active Control) calculates the quantity of material needed to complete a production lot, in order to minimize the changeover time and the waste of material.
Thanks to C.A.C., it is possible to complete the production order while leaving the smallest possible amount of residual material in the hoppers.
This means drastically reducing the time required for material changeover and dosing statons cleaning, as well as minimizing material waste.
DBLO: modular vacuum pumps
DBLO vacuum pumps are modular and can be upgraded at any time.
Manual filter, automatic filter, and automatic filter with ‘on‑the‑fly’ purge system: depending on the materials processed, it is possible to choose the most suitable filtering configuration.
Wide range of accessories and customizations
Smartconvey offers a high level of customization to perfectly adapt to available space and plant design.
Automated selection tables, valves and fittings, fluidization devices, suction lances, filters and grids are just a few of the many accessories available in our wide range.
Available also for closed loop systems
Smartconvey is also available in ‘closed‑loop’ version for conveying heated and dried materials such as PET or PA6, from a silo or dryer.
