It controls the weight per meter of the final product, achieving and maintaining very tight tolerances regardless of extruder throughput variations.
Wide range and easy installation
EXTRUMATE is available in various models and configurations to meet the requirements of mono and co‑extrusion processes, with throughput capacities of 150, 300, 600, 1000 and 2000 kg/h.
Easy to install directly on the extruder throat replacing the conventional feed hopper.

The quick‑release clamps allow the lid to be easily removed for cleaning and maintenance operations, while the inspection hatch installed on each loading hopper enables visual monitoring of the material level inside.
